The structure of the trailer begins with an award title that the film had achieved, informing people of their success. This follows with the collaborators logos, such as the BBC Films. The first audio heard is the dialogue of a women talking about the test she is going to perform, which informs that the film is about employment.

The first thing the audience see in the logo of IFCFilms company that distributed the film. The trailer begins with a variety of scenes to introduce the character, by showing what she values as important (her appearance by applying makeup) and her type of life-style with establishing shot of East London in a council estate.

It also shows the character's family life, with a single mum and a little sister. The next information shown is the award the film won at the Festival De Cannes, showing its success. In between the next section of information, the main character is shown walking out in the estate by herself, introducing her personality and independence. The information presents further of success of the film, by stating the film award nominations.

The main character Mia has one main interest in her life which is urban dance, and the sport itself is entertaining to any audiences that enjoy watching performances, or are a dancer themselves and can therefore relate to Mia's dream. The film presents the concept of a 'Broken Britain' that supplies the purpose of educating audiences of the rough life in council estates.

The trailer fulfils the purpose to sell the product in a different strategy of confronting the audience personally, by asking questions whether they will be able to take in the harsh realism or could they take the same obstacles Mia faces, making the viewers want to find out by watching the film.

The music video begins with introducing the location, with the text 'somewhere in London'. Dizzee Rascal comes into shot, portraying as an intimidating person to the bus commuter. He is shown sending a text 'Riot !!!' which begins the narrative of the video and leaves the audience guessing what type of riot and why.

At the height of the song, the group stand together in the middle of a street as a police van pulls up and police dressed in riot gear take positions across from them. This creates suspense with the suggestion of riot happening after all, as the music builds, but as seen before the narrative takes a turn and the police and group unite.

The music is structured to end on a positive note with the community of the town coming together and celebrating. Dizzee Rascal holds two smoke batons that breathe out red/pinkish smoke to create a heart over London as the lasting image of the music video. This is structured this way to promote the message of love across the communities.
