Research assistant
Researchers find out facts and information for a programme topic or area, this information then goes in the script. They also analyse TV ratings and data to create regular reports focusing on what’s popular on the network, on competitor’s networks and in seasonal times. They will also have to answer ad hoc queries (when people ring up asking questions)

Storyboard assistant
In most cases, Storyboard Assistants clean up the Storyboard Artists' rough drawings, ensuring they are in style. They prepare the panels for the next stage of production and generally assist the Storyboard Artist. The role of Storyboard Assistant only exists on certain types of production. They may be asked to fill in background details or add secondary characters to panels where the Storyboard Artist has indicated. Storyboard Assistants may be required to scan the drawn panels into a computer in preparation for editing.
Director
Directors are responsible for creatively transforming the film's written script into actual images and sounds on the screen. They are ultimately responsible for a film's artistic and commercial success or failure. During pre-production, they make crucial descisions, such as selecting the right cast, crew and locations for the film. In production, they also manage the technical aspects of filming including the camera, sound, lighting, design and special effects departments. In post production, they also work closely with editors.
Producer
Producers oversees each project from creating the concept to completion and they may also be involved in the marketing and distribution process. They work closely with directors and other production staff on a shoot.
Production assistant
A TV and film production assistant is responsible for the bookings and general organising , collating and distribution of important elements and documents of production from copying and giving out scripts to booking locations.
